PROXY BALLOT

ln my absence at the Hartridge Homeowners' Association annual meeting, Sunday, April 23,2023. I am submitting this voting proxy to serve as my official vote for those members nominated to fill the open Board of Director vacancies. 

To satisfy the Quorum requirements, one-third (1/3rd) of the Association's eligible Full members, either in person or by proxy, must cast a vote. One-third (1/3rd) of the Association's eligible Full members is forty-three (43). ln order for each vote to pass, a majority must be reached (22 FOR votes). 

The Hartridge Homeowners' Association Board of Directors has two positions whose terms are expiring effective 3/31/23 and one position that will be serving for the balance of a term expiring 3/31/24.

The Nominating Committee is proposing the following Full members to fill the expiring positions for two-year terms:

Bobby Lester – President and Chris Girard – Member at Large

The Nominating Committee is proposing the following Full member to fill the Member at Large position vacated for the balance of the term: (One year)

Jered Levy – Member at Large

Proxy votes via this form must be cast prior to 1:00pm on Sunday April 23rd, 2023.
