ln my absence at the Hartridge Homeowners' Association annual meeting, Sunday, March 22, 2026. I am submitting this voting proxy to serve as my ofﬁcial vote for those members nominated to ﬁll the open Board of Director vacancies.

To satisfy the Quorum requirements, one-third (1/3rd) of the Association's eligible Full members, either in person or by proxy, must cast a vote. One-third (1/3rd) of the Association's eligible Full members is forty-five (45). ln order for each vote to pass, a majority must be reached (23 FOR votes).

The Hartridge Homeowners' Association Board of Directors has four positions whose terms are expiring.

The Nominating Committee is proposing the following Full members to fill the expiring positions for two-year terms:
